This policy applies to fees charged by Tringify Ecommerce Private Limited for its platform subscriptions and purchases billed through Tringify. It does not set the return or refund policy for goods sold by merchants to their customers. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
1. Trials and platform subscriptions
Eligible plans include a 30-day free trial. Eligibility and any account-level trial limits are shown when choosing the plan; a trial is not included with every possible plan or contract. A trial does not automatically become a paid subscription unless you complete the applicable subscription process.
If you cancel within 30 days of your first paid platform billing cycle, you may request a full refund of that first platform subscription payment. Later subscription payments are non-refundable except where this policy, a separate written agreement or applicable law provides otherwise.
Cancellation ends future renewal as described in the billing flow. Access and any change of plan follow the effective dates shown there. Mid-cycle downgrades do not create a cash refund unless expressly stated. Closing a store, cancelling an app and cancelling a platform subscription are distinct actions; review the charges affected by each flow.
2. Themes
A paid theme purchased through Tringify is eligible for a refund request within 14 days if it has not been published to a live storefront. If a theme is materially different from its description or has a critical defect we cannot resolve within seven business days of receiving the necessary details, we will provide a refund or another remedy required by law.
Custom design or development services separately arranged with a partner are governed by that engagement, not this policy.
3. Apps and in-app purchases
Paid apps and themes offered through Tringify are currently sold by Tringify. External developers currently publish free listings; Tringify does not operate developer earnings or payout accounts.
For a paid app or in-app purchase billed by Tringify that does not function as described, request a refund within seven days and explain the issue. For a recurring app subscription, a refund of the first payment may be requested within 30 days of the first paid cycle. Cancelling prevents future renewal according to the billing flow; removing an app is not a substitute for checking its subscription status.
A service you buy directly from an independent provider is governed by that provider's agreement. Tringify cannot promise to refund a payment it did not collect.
4. Duplicate, failed or incorrect charges
Contact billing@tringify.com if you believe a charge is duplicated, incorrect or associated with a purchase that failed. We will investigate the payment status before issuing a refund so that pending authorisations and already-reversed payments are not refunded twice.
Promotional or complimentary credits are not redeemable for cash. Merchant-issued gift cards and store credit are the merchant's responsibility, subject to applicable law and the terms offered to the customer.
5. Requests and processing
Email billing@tringify.com or use the available support channel. Include your account email, store or organisation, invoice or payment reference, purchase and reason. Do not send full card numbers or security codes.
We aim to review a complete request within five business days. If more information is needed, we will explain what is missing. Approved refunds normally return through the original payment method; provider processing can take five to ten business days or longer in some cases. These are processing estimates, not a guaranteed bank posting time.
A custom agreement may specify different commercial terms. Refund restrictions do not exclude a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contacting us can help resolve a payment issue, but this policy does not remove any lawful right to dispute a charge with your payment provider.
