Which plans have a free trial?
Plans marked “30-day free trial” can be tried for 30 days without a credit card. A store can have one trial, and the number of trials per account is limited.
What happens when the trial ends?
The day the trial ends becomes your billing date, and your plan’s first term is invoiced then. We email you 7, 3 and 1 day before. You can change plan or billing cycle during the trial.
Is there a setup fee or a cut of my sales?
Neither. You pay the plan price, a flat checkout infrastructure fee for each successful Tringify checkout order, and any tax due in your billing country. Payment providers charge their own fees.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from Billing in Store Admin. An upgrade applies once you pay the prorated difference. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current paid period, provided your store fits the new plan’s limits.
