Analytics & Reports
Know what sold, and why.
Sales, visitors, funnels, customers, traffic and storefront speed on one Analytics page, in your store’s time zone and base currency. When you need a different view, build a report, then save, export or schedule it.
Eight views of one store
Analytics opens on an overview of sales and storefront activity. Seven more tabs cover sales and attribution, geography, funnels, costs and levies, customers, traffic and speed, all for the same period and sales channel.
- Periods and comparisons
- Today, yesterday, 7, 30 or 90 days, or custom dates up to 366 days. Compare with the previous period or the previous year, shifted by calendar date in the store’s time zone.
- Your clock and your currency
- Every figure uses the store’s time zone and base currency. The line under the filters names the dates you are looking at and the dates they are compared with.
- Stages, counted on their own
- The overview shows sessions that viewed a product, added to cart or started checkout, beside recognised orders. Each stage is counted separately, and a session is not a person.
- Ordered funnels
- On the Funnels tab, define up to 20 funnels of 2 to 8 steps. A session counts at a step only after reaching the step before it.
- Net and total sales, defined
- Net sales are merchandise after discounts and merchandise refunds. Total sales add tax, shipping and other charges. Imported orders count; cancelled and test orders do not.
- First or last touch
- See orders and revenue by marketing channel under either model, from consented touch data saved at checkout. Orders without a touch stay unattributed.
- Customers who come back
- Monthly cohorts show how many first-time buyers return. Purchase-behaviour groups, from champions to dormant, cover all dates.
- Visitors apart from bots
- Traffic splits page requests into real visitors, search engines, AI crawlers and other bots, and lists the agents that requested the most pages.
- Speed from real browsers
- Loading speed, responsiveness, visual stability, first paint and server response at the 75th percentile, rated good, needs improvement or poor, by device.
Build the report you need
Start from one of twelve reports, or create your own. Choose the data, up to 10 measures and 3 breakdowns, a period, a comparison and a table or chart. Keep it for yourself or your team, export every row as CSV, or have it exported on a schedule.

Reports
Build reports from your sales, products and observed traffic.
Open a starting report, then adjust its dates and choices.
- Twelve kinds of data
- Sales, products, frequently bought together, repeat purchases, acquisition, campaigns, traffic, ordered journeys, and order, payment, refund and fulfilment outcomes.
- Measures and breakdowns
- Up to 10 measures and 3 breakdowns per report, such as net sales by month, country and sales channel. Select a column heading to sort.
- Comparison on every row
- Compare with the previous period or year: each row shows the earlier value, the change and the change in percent. Traffic, journeys and the two product-relationship reports have no comparison.
- Table, line or bar
- Charts take one measure and one breakdown. Line charts need a day, week or month breakdown.
- Saved and shared
- Keep up to 100 saved reports per store, visible only to you or to staff with report access. Only the owner changes who can see a report.
- CSV exports
- Exports include every matching row, up to 100,000 rows or 64 MB, with exact amounts. Files stay available for 24 hours.
- Scheduled exports
- Daily or weekly at a set time in a chosen time zone. Get notified on every export, or only when a total meets a threshold. Up to 25 enabled schedules per store.
- Ordered journeys
- Pick 2 to 8 events a session must complete in order within 1 to 1,440 minutes. Purchase can only be the last step.
- Gaps stay visible
- Missing costs show as unavailable, not zero. Product pairs appear after 5 orders. Unrecorded campaign sources stay blank instead of being called direct.
